For more than 30 years, Georgia attorney Katherine (Kathy) L. McArthur has represented clients who have been severely injured or killed by the negligence of others. She handles personal injury cases statewide and focuses her practice on claims involving car wrecks, trucking accidents, nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, defective products, workers’ compensation law, and both catastrophic and fatal personal injuries (wrongful death).
