Macon police charged four more women for violating the city's new massage parlor ordinance.

The four arrests were made on Oct. 6 at three separate locations.

Police charged In S. Roth with performing a massage without a license and not posting fees or licenses.

The charges came after an undercover police officer allegedly received a massage at Lee's Spa at 111 Orange St.

Officers charged two women with massage parlor violations at Angel Spa, located at 1672 Atwood Drive. Jiying Yin faces a charge of performing a massage without a license.

Yong Dew allegedly told police that she was in charge of business at Angel Spa, but not the owner. Officers charged Dew for having alchololic beverages inside a massage parlor and with not posting fees and licenses.

At Emerald Spa, police charged Hyon Hwang with performing a massage without a license. Mi Hyang Chi was issued a warning for not having a registry of employees.

Emerald Spa is located at 3770 Bloomfield Village Drive.

Earlier, a woman from Seatttle, Wa. was cited for giving a massage without a license. That incident allegedly occurred at Happy Relaxation Spa on Pio Nono Ave.
