Macon Police Search For Man With Tattoo In Friday's Killing
News

Macon police say they're searching for a man with a tattoo on the right side of his face in connection with Friday night's killing.

33-year-old Udondra Hargrove was shot multiple times just before 9 p.m. at the intersection of Montpelier and Pansy Avenue, according a police news release.

A witness told police they were walking with Hargrove when a man wearing all black, a hood, and a tattoo on the right side of his face approached them and began shooting Hargrove, the release said.  Hargrove was shot in the chest and the shooter ran away.

Macon police spokewoman Jami Gaudet says Hargrove was pronounced dead within an hour.

Hargrove's killing marks the third homicide in Macon within days.

On Wednesday, an East Macon man was fatally shot at his home on Peachtree Street. Police say Antonio Middlebrooks was shot during an apparent robbery attempt.

On Tuesday, police say someone shot and killed a man, 28-year-old Vashaun Glover, in a vacant south Macon apartment.

Police say no arrests have been made in this past week's killings.
