The Museum of Aviation Foundation received a $50,000 donation from the Peyton Anderson Foundation to improve and relocate the Tuskegee Airmen Exhibit from Hangar One to the Scott Exhibit Hangar at the Museum of Aviation, according to a museum release.

The move is part of the Museum’s effort to consolidate a number of World War II exhibits into one hangar.

The Peyton Anderson Foundation website says that the foundation was formed to handle the broad distribution of the estate of Peyton Tooke Anderson, Jr. to enhancing the quality of life in the communities of Macon, Bibb County, and Middle Georgia.
