Bibb Students Compete in State 4-H Congress | Arts & Culture
Bibb County senior 4-H’ers competed at the 71st annual State 4-H Congress held at the Crowne Plaza Ravinia in Atlanta. Samaria Spencer, a senior at Central High School, won first place in the Dog Care and Training event.
She is now a Master 4-H’er! Central High School sophomore Jahi Mendes also competed in the Photography Project, and recent Howard High School graduate Reginald Sams competed in the Food, Fast and Fit project.
