Change of Location for Friday Cherry Blossom Festival Events | Arts & Culture

A couple Cherry Blossom Festival events have changed locations due to expected inclement weather.

The changes, from a release:

Due to the expectation of an inclement weather forecast for Friday and to ensure the safety of our attendees, The Cherry Blossom Festival will be changing the location of the following events:

THIRD STREET PARK FOUNDER’S DAY – Friday, March 22:  11:30am to 1:30pm

will be held at the Terminal Station.  Free ice cream compliments of Kroger,

Free doughnuts compliments of Krispy Kreme and free Coca Cola products.

COLEMAN HILL JAZZ CONCERT – Friday, March 22:  6:00pm to 8:00pm

will be held at the COX CAPITAL THEATER on Second Street.   Bring your picnic if you would like.  Cash bar.  Co-presented by Jones, Cork & Miller, and Bank of America.
