To celebrate, head over to Mercer Village all day for special menus starting at 11 a.m.
Menu:
- Francar's: Cajun Fried Chicken, Cajun Fried Catfish, Gumbo, Shrimp Po-Boys, King Cakes and Beignets!
- Fountain of Juice: Muffulettas, Oyster Po-Boys, Gumbo, and Cupcake King Cakes!
- Ingleside Village Pizza: Andouille Sausage and Seafood Pizza!
- Margarita's: Crawfish Quesadillas, Crawfish Nachos, Hurricanes and Purple Haze! Jittery Joe's: Chicory Coffee!
- William-Alexander Salon & Spa: $8-10 Krewe Kuts, $15-20 Fleur de Lis Fluffs (shampoo and style), $5 Fat Tuesday Trim, $8 Bourbon Street Buff and Polish, $5 Po-Boy Brows and $25-30 French Quarter Color!
The planned outdoor festivities such as the parade and street performers have been postponed until the Village's Saint Patrick's Day festivities on Sunday, March 16 due to weather.
