Miller Academic Teams Participate in Okefenokee Quiz Bowl Competition | Best Of
Miller Magnet Middle School's Academic Team took home winning trophies from the 23rd annual Okefenokee Quiz Bowl Competition held last month in Waycross.
Miller was represented with two different teams. The eighth grade team won second place in the Middle School Division with a record of 10-0. The seventh grade team made it to the quarter finals where they placed as a finalist with a record of 7-0.
In addition to Miller, two other middle schools from the Bibb County School District were represented - Howard and Rutland. A total of 18 schools participated.
