Robins Federal Partners with Rebuilding Together Warner Robins

Warner Robins, GA — Robins Federal Credit Union recently sponsored Rebuilding Together by contributing $5000 to the Annual Work Day Event.

Employees from Robins Federal Credit Union will volunteer to help rehabilitate a home for a low-income homeowner in the community. Work day tasks will include yard work, painting, and other maintenance items.

Robins Federal Credit Union is a local non-profit financial cooperative with nineteen branches in central Georgia. Robins Federal currently provides financial services to over 152,000 members, with assets exceeding $1.8 billion. Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in the 16 counties Robins Federal serves.

Robins Federal Credit Union Continues Pledge to Support 21st Century Partnership

Warner Robins, GA — Robins Federal Credit Union has recently contributed $50,000 to the 21st Century Partnership to enhance Middle Georgia’s efforts in preparation for the Base Realignment and Closure Commission (BRAC). Robins Federal Credit Union will donate $100,000 total as part of the agreement.

“Robins Federal Credit Union looks at this as an investment in the future of Middle Georgia and we are proud to provide support to help ensure the future of Robins Air Force Base,” said John Rhea, President and CEO of Robins Federal Credit Union.

The 21st Century Partnership, a non-profit organization comprised of elected and non-elected Middle Georgians, functions as the one community focal point for providing support for Robins Air Force Base. The organization is funded by Middle Georgians committed to the continued viability of Robins Air Force Base, Middle Georgia and the national defense.

Robins Federal Credit Union Announces Manager and Employee of the Year

Warner Robins, GA — Each year, Robins Federal Credit Union selects two employees that represent the best of the best in two categories – Manager of the Year and Employee of the Year. Employees are selected by management based on their outstanding work performance and written recommendations from their peers. In addition, Robins Federal management selects a branch of the year based solely on performance.

The winners chosen for 2013 are as follows:

Leigh Ann Lusk, Zebulon Branch – Lusk, manager of the Zebulon Road Branch, has been chosen as the 2013 Manager of the Year. Under her leadership, the Zebulon Branch has had a successful year. She continues to encourage and motivate her staff with branch contest as well as a being very involved within the community.

(WXIA) -- IHOP will once again participate in the National Pancake Day promotion on Tuesday, Mar. 4.

Customers who visit any IHOP location on National Pancake Day will be treated to a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes. In exchange, the restaurant chain encourages diners to leave a donation for a number of charities, namely the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.

Warner Robins, GA — Each quarter, Robins Federal Credit Union selects three employees that represent the best of the best in three categories – Manager, Support Department Staff and Branch Staff. Employees are selected by management based on their outstanding work performance and written recommendations from their peers. The winners chosen for the fourth quarter of 2013 are as follows:

 

Robby Redmond, Business Services Department – Redmond is the manager of Robins Federal’s Business Services department. He has been recently employed by Robins Federal Credit Union in September 2013. He enjoys traveling, missions, college football, and spending time with family and friends.
