Alexander II Honors Former Coach with Dedication of Auditorium
Alexander II Magnet School honored retired teacher and coach Jim Mills with the dedication of the school's auditorium on Wednesday, December 19, during the school's holiday program. Coach Mills retired in 2012 after 22 years with the Bibb County School District. Over the last 10 years he taught physical education at Alexander II and served as a positive role model and mentor to students. In addition he sponsored the Jump Rope Team, the Safety Patrol, and the Student Fire Marshals.
