On Friday, January 25, Student Council members at Williams Elementary School provided breakfast from Chick-fil-A for their teachers and staff to show their appreciation for the staff’s support during community and school projects completed in 2012.
Projects included the Salvation Army Canned Food Drive, a Leadership and Voting Seminar, a Parade of Flags for Veterans Day, and an American Red Cross Donation for the victims to Hurricane Sandy. Principal Dr. Shandrina Griffin-Stewart thanked the students for continuing to make a difference in their community.
