Four Arrested with Rifle Stolen from Bass Pro Shop | Crime
Four people have been arrested in the Atlanta area, in possession of one of 17 AR-15 semi-automatic rifles stolen from Macon's Bass Pro Shop overnight Sunday.
Trayvis Dwong Gray, Phillip Brandon Kemp, Tonishia Lee, and Eric Stewart were all inside the car when it was pulled over by Atlanta Police Tuesday night.
Investigators have not yet said if the four are suspected of breaking into the north Macon sporting goods store overnight Sunday. They are from the Atlanta area, but the Toyota Camry in which they were traveling had a Louisiana tag. None of them had prior arrest records in Bibb County.
All four are being held at the Fulton County jail.
Also recovered were a stolen pistol, not related to the Bass Pro robbery, a bag of methamphetamines, and less than an ounce of marijuana.
