Guests Pepper Spray, Rob Macon Homeowner | Crime

A Macon man was assaulted in his home Sunday afternoon by an acquaintance he invited over for a visit.

The victim told police he was hit in the head and pepper sprayed by someone he'd recently met.

A second assailant shot someone else in the house with a BB gun before fleeing the house with the victim's acquaintance, stealing two laptops, a phone and cash.

Police say the robbery happened at 320 Rogers Place around 3:30 p.m.
