Police: Macon Man Stabs Roommate Downtown
A 49-year-old Macon man was arrested early Saturday morning after he was accused of stabbing his roommate in the back, police say.
According to a news release, this happened near the intersection of Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. and Cherry St.
The assault followed a fight between the two and led to the victim being taken to the hospital. His condition is unknown.
Police say Clifford Hodges was picked up at his Cherry St. apartment and charged with aggravated assault. His bail is set at $11,200.
