Woman Charged in Macon Homicide
A woman has been charged with murder in the Friday night shooting death of a man in Macon.
Police said 50-year-old Kenneth Cray of Warner Robins died of a gunshot wound to the chest.
Police found him at a house at 1749 Cedar St., just south of downtown.
A police news release said Jennifer Washington, age 50, was charged with felony murder. She is in the Bibb County jail and, as of Sunday morning, no bond had been set.
The news release said Washington was at the house when police arrived around 7:45 p.m. Friday.
