Mount de Sales Academy Cross Country Team Claims GISA Region Title

Members of the Mount de Sales Academy  varsity cross country teams competed in the GISA region meet on Wednesday, October 17 at the Georgia Children's Home. The varsity boys claimed the first place region win with the five top 10 finishers, including the first through fourth place finishers! This represents the fourth consecutive GISA region title for the MDS varsity boys team. The varsity girls finished in second place with four top 10 finishers. MDS cross country coach Jeff Dobias was awarded the 2012 GISA Region Coach of the Year.
