Faculty and staff are not to report to work on Monday. The National Weather Service is predicting precipitation in the Macon area around midday Monday. Afterward, temperatures are expected to drop drastically and quickly, meaning any precipitation could turn into black ice. Wind chills could potentially cause the temperature to drop as low as -3 degrees later Monday. A decision about Tuesday's plans for school will be made after another briefing on Monday afternoon. Thank you for your patience as we work to determine was is safest and best for our students and staff.
