State wants to close Macon daycare permanently | News
A state agency now plans to revoke the license of a Macon daycare where investigators found a boy had been left in a van for more than four hours.
Last month a state judge approved a 21-day closing for Charlotte's Web on Napier Avenue.
Now the state Department of Early Care and Learning says they want to make that permanent.
They say they found serious child-transportation and safety violations at the home.
Charlotte's Webb has 10 days to appeal the revocation.
The daycare served about 40 children and employed a half-dozen people.
