Title (Max 100 Charaters)
Hundreds of soon-to-be brides came out ready to say I do to checking off a list of wedding plans.
The Georgia Bridal Show came to Macon for its 22nd year.
Future brides got a chance to taste test cakes, check out the latest dress styles, and talk to planners about their big day.
The venue served as a one-stop-shop for the newly engaged to get big ticket items like limo services and photographers checked off their to do list.
"Today, it's just anxious getting here. But before today it's just stress, but when you come here it kind of gives you a flow of how things are going. Everybody's really nice," says newly engaged Jessica Carbon.
Show producer, Tommy Vaughn, says wedding budgets in the southeast increased by about 10 to 12 percent this year.
He says the average budget hovers around $21 to $23 thousand.
