Students Wanted for Pre-K Classroom Opening at Williams Elementary

The Bibb County School District has received notification of additional funding from the Georgia Lottery Funded Pre-K program, Bright From The Start, for a Pre-K classroom at Williams Elementary School. With this extra funding, the District now has the ability to provide 22 more children with Pre-K services.

Parents who are interested in one of the 22 slots available, especially those with children zoned for Williams Elementary School, are asked to call Northwoods Academy at (478) 779-3200 for more information. To be eligible, children must have been 4 years old on or before September 1, 2012.

Williams Elementary School is currently without a Pre-K program. The new class at Williams is expected to begin session on December 10, 2012.
