The Central Georgia Tech Lady Cougars hosted Andrew College Wednesday at the Cougar Den. The cats were led by former Putnam County standout, Ta'Kierra Gibbs, who scored a triple double (12 pts, 11 rebounds, 15 steals) to keep the Lady Cougars winning streak alive at 10 games, with a 66-30 win. Under the direction of the head coach Fala Bullock, the Lady Cougars are 15-3 on the season.
In the nightcap, coach Reco Dawson and his mens squad took to the floor against the Waycross College Swamp Foxes. Former Perry Panther Tyler Kendrick and teammate Cameron Baker both finished with 15 a piece for the Cougars, but lost 69-59 to Waycross.
