Rutland QB Commits to Fort Valley State | News
The Rutland Hurricanes now have six seniors committed to play college football. Wednesday, DJ Sands, Markiel Bowen, Tevin Grayer and Tevin Sams signed with West Georgia. Clifford "CJ" Kleckley will be a Mercer Bear in the fall.
Friday, quarterback Darren Tucker made his decision. Tucker signed with Fort Valley State.
"When I went down there for my visit, I really like it," explained Tucker. "I felt at home."
The Wildcats finished at 8-4 last season, including a trip to the playoffs.
