Less than a week after a judge granted bond for the 73-year-old man accused of shooting and killing a 65-year-old woman at a gas station, Frank Reeves is out of jail.
According to Reeves attorney, he bonded out Tuesday.
Last Thursday, Judge Edgar Ennis set his bond at $100 thousand.
Until trial, the court says Reeves must wear an electronic ankle bracelet, must be accompanied by an adult family member 24 hours a day and can leave his home only for specified purposes, like doctor's visits.
He's accused of shooting Linda Hunnicutt Dec. 4 after her car and his motorized wheelchair bumped in the parking lot of the Murphy's Express Gas station on Gray Highway in East Macon.
