Old Car Wash on Mercer Univ. Dr. Burns
Fire burned an out-of-business car wash on Mercer University Drive Tuesday night.
The business was once the Water Works Car Wash and is located near Christian Avenue.
Viewer Alissa Northrup sent in photographs she snapped while at a nearby red light.
Northrup said she could feel the heat from the fire while inside her car.
The fire broke out around 6:30 p.m. Dispatch officers and Macon Police had no further information on the cause or the extent of the damage.
