Get a Taste of the Mulberry Street Market

Get a Taste of the Mulberry Street Market

By popular demand, the Mulberry Street Market vendors will be providing prepared samples of products from a cross-section of the market.

Davis Farms and The Little Farm are partnering with Southern Swiss Dairy and Rocking Chair Ranch to demo a full meal prepared from market goods that visitors will be able to sample and decided if they want to make it for themselves at home.

This is a perfect way to stir the imagine for what types of new flavors can be found while still using the food that is so familiar to us.

And of course, you can still find the usual market wares of fresh vegetables, salad greens, herbs, sprouts, baked goods, meat, and dairy.

Be sure to sign up for the Market newsletter for a full menu.

The Mulberry Street Market takes place Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. in Downtown Macon in front of the Grand Opera House. It is co-sponsored by the City of Macon Main Street Program, Macon Roots, and Community Health Works.
